At this time, we only ship within the Netherlands.

Not completely satisfied with your PLOF. Tote? No problem.
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
